Regulate the application of laser pointer

Everyone wants and do get a laser pointer, because they can use it for play using. Point star, burn match, play with pet, speech instruction and so on. We are surprised by its power, the shining beam release from a small pen, the beam is bright and last long. Many naughty people use it for practical joke, they point to driver, bird, even plane. They don't aware how dangerous it might leads. Recently, FBI and FAA say that it should seriously punish the people who use a laser pen to point aircraft and disturb pilot. I also have seen a video is a man use a laser device shoot to driver across road. The beam is so bright and shot far away that driver disrupted and lost his way. This is an experiment made by police to tell people do not play your laser pointer everywhere and without restrict. Common people hardly imagine why such a tiny pen can make such a hazard. If we see the laser light directly with our naked eye, even those low power laser pointers, it is still easily to cause temporary visual damage, including glare, flash blindness and afterimage. What will happen if it points to pilot?

In general, the spot we see in PPT screen or wall is only with 5~8mm diameter. So we don't believe what kind of dangerous can this tiny spot make. Please don't forget that light will spread after a long flight. When a laser pointer shoots a mile away, it can form a bow big strong halo. This halo is enough to illuminate the whole plane cockpit, in other words, it is enough to keep pilot feel dizzy and can't see the front runway, down lamp, as well as dashboard, the horizon. Can you imagine what will happen especially at the moment of landing and adjusting the angle. So far, although there is no laser pointer crash accidents caused by laser pointer, more and more laser pointer interfere with flight case appeared. Therefore, it is urgent to control and discipline this kind of behavior.
